In the OBS Business School Alumni Talks we talk about different current topics where our alumni are the protagonists, they give their opinions and contribute their experiences throughout their professional career.

In this talk we talk about Customer Experience and the management of the links that companies create with their customers. On this occasion, we are accompanied by two alumni with more than fifteen years of profession in the sector, who will explain their experience in it and contribute their advice to the Community.
