Last Friday, July 10, 2026, we held the Alumni Welcome Experience at our Barcelona Campus, which was streamed live on our YouTube channel.

Together, we celebrated the start of a new chapter for all our recent graduates, welcoming them to the OBS Alumni Community—an international network of more than 48,000 professionals that has been growing steadily since 2006.

This year, we gathered under a motto that defines the spirit of our community: “It all starts here.” Because great projects, the best connections, and opportunities that shape the future all begin with that first encounter.

Mireia Vasquez

Banco Sabadell

Mireia Vázquez has a strong track record in digital strategy, marketing, and innovation, with experience leading digital transformation projects and managing multidisciplinary teams in sectors such as banking and retail. She currently heads Digital Presence, Web, and Content at Banco Sabadell, driving digital initiatives and agile methodologies to enhance the customer experience and business performance across digital channels.

Casilda Güell

OBS Business School | Dean

She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a Ph.D. in international history, and is a member of the European Institute at the London School of Economics. She is currently the dean of OBS Business School and a member of the Advisory Board of Planeta Formación y Universidades and the board of directors of the EOCCS European Foundation for Management and Development.

Ricard Muñoz

FC Barcelona | Media Team | President of the Spain Alumni Club

He has extensive experience in the sports industry and has previously served as an instructor and coach at various companies in different countries. He is an executive coach and a TEDx speaker. He currently works as a Media Executive at FC Barcelona and serves as President of Alumni Spain at OBS Business School. He is an alumnus of the Master’s in Executive Coaching and Leadership and the Master’s in Human Resources and Talent Management.

José Carlos Sánchez Valadés

Director and Consultant in Business Process Automation

José Carlos Sánchez has extensive experience in digital transformation and business process automation, with a particular focus on the agri-food and commercial sectors. A technology entrepreneur and consultant, he is the creator of various digital platforms such as Commercia NEXT, CATTLE, MEAT, CHECK, BREED, BUYER, and BigVaca, as well as the founder of the REDIGAN Digital Livestock Network. He currently combines his role as CEO with outreach and training in technology applied to business, participating as a speaker at academic and business forums.

Valeria González

OBS Business School | Alumni Manager

He is in charge of the OBS Alumni Community, and among his top priorities are building a connected global network and expanding into new English-speaking markets.

Women’s Leadership Award to Karely Munárriz, Director of Communications, Branding, and Digital Marketing. A professional with more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications and brand building in international settings.
