Barcelona hosted Global Immersion Week 2026, an exclusive event designed for OBS Business School graduates that brought together training, innovation, networking, and culture at our Barcelona Campus.

Over the course of three days, the alumni community had the opportunity to delve deeper into the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence, get an up-close look at some of the city’s most innovative organizations and initiatives, and share experiences with professionals from different countries and sectors.

GIW 2026 was much more than an academic event: it became a transformative experience that broadened perspectives, connected participants with Barcelona’s business and technology ecosystem, and forged bonds that will continue to support our alumni in their professional development.

On the first day, students began the AI course and, in the afternoon, enjoyed a cultural tour of the Sant Pau Modernist Complex.

Speakers

Borja Vega

Borja is a marketing strategist, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in artificial intelligence applied to business. As a Fractional CMO, he helps startups and companies accelerate their growth through go-to-market strategies, performance marketing, CRO, and AI-driven systems.

He has led teams and projects in sectors such as EdTech and Agrifood, including his time at TAP Spain. He is also the founder of initiatives such as AI Founders, Launch Ready, and BuildJam, through which he fosters communities of entrepreneurs building AI-powered products.

He balances his professional work with teaching and academic coordination at institutions such as Ironhack and The Valley Business School, in addition to collaborating with organizations like Startup Grind Madrid and Techstars. His approach combines business growth, technological innovation, and the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems.
