Elodie Guillard

Marketing & Communication Director | WomenTech Global Ambassador since 2020 | Woman Leadership 2025

With a degree in Hispanic and Anglo-Saxon Philology and a Master’s in Communication Management and Public Relations, Elodie has over 15 years’ experience in communication and marketing, gained mainly in Barcelona. She has worked in a variety of sectors including media, insurance, fintech and SaaS technologies applied to energy efficiency and logistics. She has held positions at National Geographic and AXA Partners, and currently leads marketing at WebCargo by Freightos. Furthermore, for the past five years, she has been an ambassador for the WomenTech Network, promoting female leadership and the visibility of women in STEM.

Fran Murcia

Wellbeing Director at Howden Employee Benefits | Professional Achievement 2025

A former professional basketball player for almost 20 years, Fran played for teams such as CAI Zaragoza and the Spanish national team in 59 matches. After retiring, he decided to apply the lessons learned from elite sport to everyday life and trained in Executive Coaching and Leadership at OBS, as well as in health and nutrition. For the past 19 years, he has been working to transform health in companies, with a mission to inspire everyone to improve their habits and live a healthier, more balanced life.

Sonia Narvaez

HR Leader - Growth & Experience @ Baker Hughes | Woman Leadership 2024

Sonia Narvaez is a petroleum engineer and Head of Human Resources at Baker Hughes, a leading energy technology company, where she began her career over 18 years ago. She is a certified coach, a volunteer mentor with OBS, and an alumna of the Global MBA, the Master’s in Operations Management and Innovation, and the Master’s in Competitive Economic Intelligence.

César Velasco Muñoz

Science & Innovation Director at AstraZeneca Global Hub in Barcelona @ AstraZeneca | Professional Achievement 2024

César holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a PhD in Medicine and Global Health from the University of Barcelona, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health from the UPF, a postgraduate qualification in Health Sciences Statistics from the UAB, a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation from OBS Business School, and an Executive MBA from ESADE. At his age, César stands out as a member of various national and international associations, and in 2016 he was named by Forbes magazine as one of Europe’s most influential people under thirty, topping the science and health category.
