OBS Business School offers our students and alumni an exclusive workshop on Leadership, the main objective of which is to help you discover the processes of change, the applicable practices behind leadership and the ability we all have to influence our environment. In addition, you will learn about leadership skills and how they can help you improve your effectiveness by practising the habit of giving and receiving feedback.

Josep Cosials
Josep is certified as a Coach in BLC group, Licensed Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and The Leadership Circle. He has worked for more than 10 years in HR managing people and accompanying the business of multinationals such as PwC, Deloitte, Inspirit or Schneider Electric.
Pau Sastre
Pau has more than 10 years of experience as a Personal Coach and has university studies in Psychology and Business Administration from UOC and Staffordshire University. He has a Master's Degree in Executive and Personal Coaching from the UPF and is a Licensed Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. Trained in Mindfulness MBSR, he has a Postgraduate in Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama at the University of Barcelona.
