Wellbeing Lab was created as a space for conscious exploration, deep learning, and personal connection. A program designed to put people at the center, inviting them to pause, listen (to themselves), and reconnect with what is essential in an increasingly demanding professional and personal context. We launched this program in April, as the 7th is World Health Day, as a statement of intent: health and wellbeing are not an extra, they are the foundation from which we live, work, and make decisions.

To continue growing professionally and upgrade your career, the Academic Department has created equivalence tables that allow our community to retake an academic program in less time and at a lower cost.
